Home Scholar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for managing your family’s homeschool records. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

You own the records and media you create. Because that content is stored locally and in your iCloud, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Use the built-in export to keep a portable copy.

Optional Home Scholar+ features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or a lifetime purchase through the App Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

Home Scholar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute legal advice about homeschool compliance in your jurisdiction; always confirm requirements with your local authority.
